Recently I've been meeting lots of new businesses and clients who have set up a Facebook page but never really done anything with this or have the time to invest in marketing through this channel - that's where we come in ;) However, a recurring issue when we begin to help is that many of the page owners aren't sure how to make somebody else admin, more so now Timeline for Facebook pages has been introduced.

Through my social media work I've been helping more local business owners raise their online presence with facebook, many of them have embraced it, some are sceptical whilst others still use a quail feather and ababcus, however one question I hear from most of these social media novices/newbies/virgins, tends to come in the form "What is Twitter?"

Today Facebook announced that from 30th March 2012 all Facebook Pages will be updated to the new design; also known as Timeline. Before I hear you cry "oh no, not another change!" some of the new features (you can access them now as page admins) are in my humble opinion, a great change, including the cover photo.
